John Ntim Fordjour is a politician, Mineral Engineer, entrepreneur, legislator and ordained Reverend Minister.
He has a multifaceted background in Engineering, Mining, International Relations and Economic Policy.
He’s a second term Member of Parliament for Assin South Constituency in the Parliament of Ghana and serves as Deputy Minister for Education. Fordjour focuses on supporting the Minister to drive education transformation at the pre tertiary level with particular passion for foundational learning, STEM and inclusive education.
With a prior sterling career in mining industry, he served as the Human Resources Superintendent of Gold Fields Ghana Ltd, Tarkwa Mine - the biggest surface mine in West Africa at age 24, where he creditably delivered the Owner Maintenance Transition Project by setting up a newly created Heavy Mining Equipment department with 465 expatriate and critical skill national employees.

John Ntim Fordjour graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Engineering from George Grant University of Mines & Technology, Tarkwa at age 21. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Economic Policy Management from University of Ghana and currently at the concluding stage of PhD in Political Science at University of Ghana; with research focus on Ghana’s Foreign Policy and decisions at the United Nations General Assembly and Security Council.
Fordjour also holds a Certificate in Anti-Corruption Methods & Good Governance from Georgetown University, Washington DC and is committed to governance with integrity. He leads beyond partisan rhetorics and is an ardent advocate for godly and proper human sexual rights and family values.
He serves as Senior Pastor of Victory Bible Church International, Higher Heights Sanctuary in East Legon, Accra. He’s married to the beautiful aTracy and the couple is blessed with 4 kids.
